Mother and baby are doing great! Dean is perfectly healthy and Beka is recovering beautifully.
Getting to know Dean has been a great joy. So far, he's been very mild-mannered, able to sooth himself if he gets fussy. Way to go Dean! (Let's hope he keeps that up)

oh man where have i been that i haven't checked in before now. Looks like a beautiful healthy new addition to a wonderful family. Now i really need to make plans to get up to the northwest and see you three. I am so happy for you and your family. Cheers to the many happy memories to come.
